If your new Wordpress widgets do not work immediately:

1. Log into your website with the username and password.
2. Click the Site Admin link.
3. From your Dashboard, click the Plugins link to display a list of available Plugins.
4. Locate the Plugin you wish to activate and click the Activate link.
5. The Widget is now available for use. (Click here to read more about Widget management.)

Be sure to follow the programmer’s instructions closely! Sometimes what may seem to be a serious issue is a quick fix!

1. Log into your website with your username and password.
2. Click the Site Admin link.
3. From your Dashboard, click the Design link.
4. Click the Widgets link.
5. Activated Plugins will appear here as usable Widgets.
6. Choose the Widget you would like to add to your sidebar and click the Add link.

Removing a Wordpress Widget

The widget will appear in the Current Widgets area to the right. Some themes support more than one Sidebar for more customization options. Each Sidebar is structured with the use of Widgets. When you are finished, click the Save Changes button.

To Remove a Widget:

1. Log into your website with your username and password.
2. Click the Site Admin link.
3. From your Dashboard, click the Design link.
4. Click the Widgets link.
5. In the Current Widgets are to the right, click the “Edit” link for the widget you wish to remove. Click the Remove button. Click the Save Changes button.

4. In the sub-menu, click the Themes link.
5. Choose the template you would like to use.
6. If you’re pleased with the preview, click “Activate this theme.”

To change your Wordpress password:

1. Log into your website using your username and password.
2. Click the Site Admin link.
3. From your Dashboard, click the Users link at the far right of the page.
4. Click the link that corresponds with your username.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and type in your new password twice.
