How do I place and order?

What if my order requires negotiation or special pricing?
- E-mail your copy needs to order at Twixal dot com.
- We will negotiate an acceptable price.
- You will receive an invoice via PayPal.
- Once the invoice is paid, your order will be assigned to the writing team.
Will you disclose my personal information?
No. Twixal is a ghostwriting service. We have no interest in letting your readers know you didn’t write the content you bought. What you do with your content is entirely in your hands.
If I’m not happy with an article, will you edit it?
Yes. Our satisfaction guarantee is designed to keep our clients and choosy publishers satisfied. Please keep in mind that marketing articles are not created to sell a product. They’re specifically designed to inform and educate.
My article didn’t pass editorial review at the publisher. Will you fix it?
Absolutely! If any of our articles don’t pass review as we sent them to you we will revise them for free. If you made your own edits and added content that the publishers don’t approve of, submit the article the way we gave it to you.
What is your average response time?
